Social and Research and Development Projects

We design adapted, evaluable and unique programs for each center and for each type of affectation.

The intervention programs with dogs are tailored to the needs of our clients

in order to be the perfect complement to the therapies directed by the medical-health professionals.

As an external team we work coordinating the objectives established by the centers with the needs of

the people who attend the sessions and the benefits of the intervention with the dogs.

Covid-19 Emotional Intervention Program

Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, Yaracan launches the "4 Patas de Apoyo" program of Emotional Intervention. Included in the Animal Assisted Crisis Response, with a long history (9/11 attacks in New York, Columbine Institute massacre, treatment of post-traumatic stress in war veterans of the Armed Forces, etc.), This program has been designed to provide emotional support to those groups most affected, such as medical-health professionals from hospitals or affected patients .

It is a program funded exclusively by donations. Thanks to the contribution of Bayer through its program "Leave a mark", it will begin its first intervention at the Hospital 12 de Octubre in Madrid throughout September.
